

















Each summer, througout the lower mainland there are several ringette conditioning camps offered. These are a great way to stay in shape, and to GET in shape for the upcoming fall and winter.
SWR SEPTEMBER WARM UP CAMP
Time to sharpen those skates and get ready for the season!
Available for all members of SWR Ringette U9 - U19:
August 9, Monday - 4-5 pm/5-6 pm
August 10, Tuesday - 5-6 pm/6:15-7:15 pm
August 11, Wednesday - 5-6 pm/6:15-7:15 pm
August 13, Friday - 5-6 pm/6:15-7:15 pm
NOTE: There is no camp on Thursday August 12.
Players will be split up according to level of playing ability. This is not a learn to skate for new players as we do not want any injuries on the ice.
The first hour session will be open to younger more developmental players (players must be able to skate well enough to keep up with the group).
The second hour session will be open to the higher performance players.
LOCATION: South Surrey Arena
COST: $15 per session or $50 for all four (Payable at arrival)
FULL EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED.

SBCRC LANGLEY SUMMER RINGETTE CAMP
The 2010 Langley camp is taking place August 23-27th, 2010 at the Walnut Grove Sportsplex. The camp runs from 8 am to 5 pm.
Come join Team Canada Members, Jenn Wakefield, Sharolyn Wouters and Meghan Pittaway, along with your National Ringette League players at SBCRC this summer!

THE 13TH ANNUAL, 2010 RINGS A' FIRE RINGETTE SCHOOL
Offered are a Petite/Tween Development Camp, a Petite/Tween High Performanc Camp and a Junior/Bell High Performance Camp.
The camp runs August 16 - 20, 2010 and space is limited. Applicants are served on a first come, first serve basis.

FRASER VALLEY AVALANCHE SUMMER NIGHTS RINGETTE CAMP
This camp is intended for athletes in the U14 to U18 age groups who wish to improve their ringette skills.
The camp runs for four Tuesdays in July and all ice is at the Walnut Grove Sportsplex 20165 - 91 A Ave, Langley.
